Welcome to Blairsville!  And thank you for visiting my website.

I have been a licensed Georgia realtor since 1990 beginning my real estate career in Douglasville, Georgia where I lived from 1980 until 1999.  Prior to that I lived in Kenner, Louisiana (a suburb of New Orleans) where I grew up in a big, traditional Cajun family. 

In 1999 I relocated to Blairsville to marry my wonderful husband and I fell in love with the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains.  I worked in my husband's real estate law office since then, doing closings and managing the office.  In 2006 I decided to reactivate my license and explore the opportunities in real estate in beautiful Blairsville. 

Between my husband and I, we have 5 wonderful children; 4 who live here in Blairsville and one who lives in Atlanta ----- and 9.5 adorable grandchildren. (one due in March) We enjoy spending time with them all and are truly blessed to have our big family so close by.

One of our children, Tim Meliezer, works with me in real estate and I'm very proud of him.  My daughter-in-law, Christa Meliezer, also works with me and is very knowledgeable but growing that new grandbaby has slowed her down just a bit!  She is always ready to help out and is an important part of our team.

So, with all of us involved, you can be assured of a professional and friendly real estate experience if you choose to work with us.  We all love what we do and enjoy having fun sharing Blairsville with everyone.  We believe that "It's Not About the Commission - It's About the Client" and our entire relationship with you will be based on that premise.  We also believe that the real estate buyer/seller of today is a much more educated, informed individual and our job is to facilitate their transaction using our knowledge and experience.

We also believe that education is the key to serving our clients well, especially in this rapidly changing world of today.

I am currently working on my GRI Designation, and I have just received my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation.
