We took a walk early this morning to get the newspaper at our mailbox on the road

 

 

It was COLD out there at 33 degrees! We live in a small neighborhood with only 10 homes and one way

in and out of it.  There is currently one home for sale in here with amazing views and another is set to

go on the market in early February - it will have over 2 wooded acres with creek frontage and a

outbuilding with a shop and an apartment upstairs.  We love our neighborhood and welcome newcomers

with open arms.
